I’ve been with this company for more than 10 years. I rented a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath from them in 2010 to November 2020. They have been great landlords to my family. You can call them anytime and they will respond. They also have an online website where you can request assistance and even submit a picture of your issue. They are easy to work with and have been very understanding. The house was located in a great location .I loved the neighborhood that I was in, and my neighbors whom where like family to us. I had no complaints about this father and son team! The only reason I left was because my family was finally able to purchase instead of renting.
